At what point can I use reLocal?

You can use reLocal at any stage of your home sale. Start early while decluttering, or later once your home is listed. You decide what sells and when items are picked up, so your home always looks its best for showings and open houses.

Do I need to have a real estate agent?

No. Anyone who is selling or preparing to sell their home can use reLocal. If you're working with a real estate agent and are referred by them, the one-time setup fee is waived — but an agent is not required to get started.

What does it cost to use reLocal?

reLocal charges a service fee only when items sell — 20% for Essential or 35% for White Glove service. For sellers without an agent, there's a $49 one-time setup fee. If you're referred by an agent, the setup fee is waived.

Can I change prices or item details after listing?

Absolutely! You can update item details, pricing, photos, and availability at any time directly from your Seller Hub. Changes take effect immediately, so you stay in control as your timeline, interest, or plans evolve.

What happens if my items don't sell?

If an item doesn't sell, you're still in control. You can keep it, adjust the price, or choose to remove it when it fits your timeline. For Essential sellers, we provide guidance on next steps, including donation or removal options. For White Glove sellers, our team can coordinate donation or removal with trusted local partners.

When do I get paid for my items?

Payments are processed after the buyer confirms pickup. Funds are typically transferred to your account within 2-3 business days. This protects both parties — buyers get their items, and sellers get paid once the transaction is complete.
